Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 Business Days. Any orders after 2 pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders and it is causing delays we will contact you by email to inform you of the delays.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping Rates start at 2.50 GBP and depending on number of items and dispatch location can go up to 7.50 GBP.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Currently we don’t offer shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your order has been processed your tracking number will be emailed to you.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Thread Palette London is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Thread Palette London is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We are able to ship to most countries, however, some countries due to government regulations or shipping providers not shipping there.
